Job Description:

Dispense medicine to the patient as prescribed by the doctor.
Maintain daily account on Indent & daily records.
Will raise stock indent when stock level reaches 40% of holding and minimum 15 days of need.
Store stock properly and in a clean mannerCheck of Expiry date of medicines.
Proper maintenance of medicines.Submit monthly medicines stock record to HO no later than 25th of the month (Through Coordinator)
