Key Responsibilities are mentioned as below:
QUALITY ASSURANCE : Sr.Executive / Executive : M.Sc./ B.Sc Chemistry with 2 - 7 year , must be familiar with cGMP requirements, Data Integrity, Document Cell, Batch release process, Trending APR shop floor Operation in API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing. Should have knowledge of operating Trackwise, LIMS, Manufacturing IPQA, Warehouse IPQA, BPR review.
PRODUCTION : Sr.Executive / Executive: B.E / B.TECH (chemical) M.Sc. (Chemistry) with 2 to 7 years of experience and relevant exposure in handling equipment like Reactors, centrifuges, clean room equipment of API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing. Adherence to Safety, Health and Environment measures and GMP norms . Reporting of product / system non-conformities, and implementation of corrective / preventive actions in specific areas of operation
QUALITY CONTROL : Sr.Executive / Executive : M.Sc / B.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology) with 2 - 7 years of hands on experience and relevant exposure in handling instruments like HPLC, GC, UV , wet lab, micro lab and chemical analysis of Raw Material . Must be familiar with cGMP requirements. Shop floor Operation in API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing.
Process Engineering : Executive / Sr.Executive: B.E / B.TECH (chemical) with 2 to 7 years of experience and relevant exposure in preparation of process flow diagrams and P&IDs. Equipment mapping at plant. Execution of trial & validation batches at plant for scale-up molecules. Designing & detailing of facilities in API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing.
ENGINEEERING SERVICES : Sr.Executive / Executive : B.E / B.TECH (Mechanical / Instrument / Electrical) with 2 to 7 years of experience and relevant exposure HVAC validations and qualifications , preventive maintenance of equipments in API / Bulk Drug Manufacturing.
Process Development (PD Lab): Sr.Executive / Executive : M.Sc / B.Sc (Chemistry) with 2 to 7 years of experience and relevant exposure of new vendor qualification and OOS/OOT/Investigation and development and cost reduction process.
