Qualification & Experience: B.Tech Chemical Engineering with 17-20 years of experience in technical services/ process engineering/technical operation in API Pharmaceutical Industry.
Candidate should have Knowledge & expertise in the areas of:
- Create policies and standards ensuring new products commercialization meeting quality & efficiency.
- Interfacing CRD, Plant & external customer/ partner for commercialization of new products & technologies.
- Manufacturing API/Intermediates/specialty chemicals/ fine chemicals
- Technology & hazard Assessment,
- Process Development & Optimization
- Scale up / Technology Transfer
- Plant De-bottlenecking & Capacity Utilization
- Process Engineering/ Technical Services
- Basic & Detail Engineering
- Project Management
- Value Addition & Strategic Cost Reduction, Lean Six Sigma DMAIC
- Process & Plant safety, Effluent and water treatment etc.
- Energy & water minimization.
