Job Description
Monitor sales / achieve sales target for pharmaceuticals.
Mentoring representatives under your care so that they will be able to achieve their targets.
Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients by constant sales visits.
Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales.
Cold calling health care professionals to set up appointments.
Increase companys market share.
Gather and feedback market information.
Plan and organize activities so as to create awareness and increase noise level.
Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating reports when needed.
Keeping current with clinical data and presenting this data to health care professionals.
Keeping informed about the activities of health care professionals and organizations in a specific area.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Science or Pharmacy graduate.
Must have minimum 5 years of Pharma sales experience.
Good leadership qualities.
Persistent with lots of drive and results orientated
Possess a pleasant personality, loves interacting with people, initiative and can-do attitude
Should Possess own transport.
Education-
UG:B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Pharma - Pharmacy
