The Candidate should have the following essential qualities.
He should have good exposure of channel sales and dealer distribution network.
Report with personnel and distributors of FMCG/OTC/ HERBAL
AYURVEDIC line could be an asset.
He must have the exposure, experience and knowledge of launching new products.
He must have the ready network of financially sound parties viz. CF and/or Super Stockiest, Distributors and required distribution channel for the assigned territory.
He must be experienced and well verse in product launches, product promotion in the market with time line.
He must be capable of handling assigned territories, and network.
He must take up the onus and responsibility of achieving sales targets forwarded by the Company from time to time.
Minimum enhancement of 25-40% with this job offer.
