Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Target achievement through sales promotion and activities in Drs Clinic and hospitals with in the assigned territory.
Responsible for the planning, recruitment, direction, organisation and control of sales representatives to accomplish specific objectives.
Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, activity trackers etc.
Responsible for the market development work and KOL development in the assigned area.
Timely appraisal of team and timely feedback TMs regarding their performance, developmental plan and growth personal and career growth, feedback to line manager and management about the performance of each TM reporting to him/her.
Responsible for coordination with sales team and other key stake holders in the business in the assigned area.
