Job Description:
• Achievement of Sales, Marketing and Business objectives in the given Territory
• Achievement of Product (API and Formulations) in absolute units and value per Month, Quarter and per Annum
• To ensure collection of payments within the agreed time
• Development of Business plan/Market/Region specific for API and Formulation (Generics & Branded Generics), Contract Manufacturing and Custom Synthesis of intermediates and API's
• Objective assessment and understanding of regulatory requirements help comply for product registration
• Establish efficient distribution network for both API and formulations
• Develop a country/market/region specific entry strategy by understanding and complying with rules and regulations pertaining to immigration, taxation, imports, sales, distribution and product promotion
• Conduct market research to evolve a new product strategy or to introduce products from present basket and to assess the company's product sales position
• Develop a pricing strategy to realize the best price
• Offer techno commercial and regulatory support from the market for speed and accuracy of product penetration and growth
• Solve all customers' related issues on time in order to ensure a smooth flow for growth of sales and collection of payments
• To be well versed and have complete updated knowledge of regulatory requirements of the country/markets patent rules and regulations, trademark registrations, Inspections and study requirements
